Avid 4848 Pro Assembly – Gantry, Rack and Pinion, and Electronics

In this video, I’ll finish the assemble my new Avid CNC 4848 Pro router! First I’ll show you how I assembled the Gantry. I’ll then assemble and mount the Pack and Pinion drives. Then I’ll show you the installation of the Z axis and 4 hp air-cooled spindle. I’ll give you a peek into what is involved in mounting the cable tracks, running all the cables, and mounting the electronics boxes.
Finally, I’ll give you couple more tips that I picked up while finishing up the assembly.
