I Designed a screw-together clear translucent case, the STL file is available on request. The case is printed on a Creality CR20 with clear PLA filament.

This has been designed allowing the battery to run for a long time
at a medium brightness giving reasonable efficiency. You should get about 20 hours of run time from a charge. The charge PCB takes care of the lithium ion battery charge management. Suggest keeping this on charge and using as an emergency or every day light.

Parts in the kit include an 18650 LithiumIon Battery, the 3D printed Case, a Charge Management PCB, two 1 watt LEDS, a 10 OHM 1 Watt Resistor.

Tools you need include Glue gun or epoxy, wire cutters, solder and a soldering iron, screwdrivers, tape and a selection of thin multistrand wire.

Carefully designed so nothing heats-up, the LEDs are under-run and the resistor is over-rated.

Assembly…
Open case with screwdriver note polarity of the LEDs there is a little slot showing negative lead. Take plastic LED mount and hot glue leds in place ensure orientation of LEDs is the same. Spacing is not critical. Hot glue switch in place as shown, align the switch with the hole in the case so it functions correctly. Hot glue the charge management PCB in place as shown, align the connector with the hole in the case so cables fit.
Hot-glue in the li-ion 18650 battery which comes fitted with leads
using the leads from the resistor, wire the leds in parallel.

wiring is simple
connect the battery to the battery terminals on the pcb
connect the positive lead from the battery to a switch terminal
connect the other switch terminal to the resistor driving the parallel LEDs
connect the negative side of the LEDs to the battery
Test to ensure it works…

Fit some insulating paper to reduce the posibility of a short
and this adds a little light reflection too.

Carefully screw the case back together, do not overtighten.
Remove print support support material from the case.
